The USEPA Lead Risk Assessor Initial is a 16-hour (2-day) training course that will teach the Students how to conduct risk assessments and elevated blood level investigations, hazard evaluations and clearance evaluations. Hands-on workshops included with this course consist of visual inspections; sampling for other sources of lead exposure; and how to interpret lead results.
*PREREQUISITE: VALID 24-Hour USEPA LEAD INSPECTOR INITIAL COURSE REQUIRED (Proof must be provided by Student)
Following completion of this course, you will receive a Course Completion Certificate which will allow you to work for a 6-month period as a Lead Risk Assessor while you are completing the USEPA Application Process to receive your full 3-year license.
