Responsibilities:
-
Start to Finish execution and management of Service Area projects
-
Direct involvement in all aspects of Service Area projects including development of scope of work, cost estimates, field work, research, data compilation, report preparation, technical report writing and report reviewing (as needed)
-
Direct, schedule, supervise, manage and track activities of field staff and subcontractors
-
Report directly to President or his delegate
-
Ability to hit the ground running with little to no guidance on technical aspects of Service Area projects
-
Providing regulatory compliance and technical guidance
-
Interfacing with clients
-
Ensuring accurate and timely execution and completion of assigned projects within budget.

Maintain and enforce company policies and procedures
Minimum Qualifications:
-
B.S Degree in relevant field
-
5+ Years relevant experience
-
Strong project management skills
-
Strong technical writing skills and attention to detail
-
Strong leadership and decision-making skills
-
Strong knowledge of Federal, State and Local regulations
-
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office programs, Adobe Acrobat, Internet research
-
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-
Excellent listening skills
-
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and staying within budget
-
Ability to work well with others and build a team
-
Comfortable in both Field and Office environments

Valid Drivers License with Clean Driving Record

Out of State Asbestos Licenses a plus

NIOSH 582 certification desirable

EPA Lead-based Paint Inspector Certificate

EPA Lead-based Paint Risk Assessor Certificate

EPA Lead-based Paint Project Designer Certificate a plus

EPA Lead-based Paint RRP Certificate a plus

Out of State Lead-based Paint Licenses a plus
Mold

NYSDOL Mold Assessor

Out of State Mold Licenses a plus
Physical Requirements:

Conducting site inspections

Climbing ladders and stairs
-
Crawl in spaces to access a variety of areas

Physically traveling parcels of land and/or buildings
-
Collection of material and air samples
-
Ability to lift 50 lbs. and carry equipment
