Class Description

This 8-hour OSHA Confined Space Entry course is designed to assist companies in complying with OSHA’s Part 1910.146 Permit-Required Confined Spaces standard. After completion of the course, Students will understand: Key elements of the OSHA Permit-Required Confined Spaces standard; Key concepts and terminology; Confined Spaces PPE; Permitting; Hazards, and how to identify, evaluate and control them; Duties and Responsibilities of the Entrant/Attendant and Entry Supervisor; and Required monitoring, ventilation, non-entry rescue, entry rescue and self-rescue.
