Site Audits are completed to assist property managers and chief engineers to identify, sample, manage and dispose of non-hazardous and hazardous waste materials. These audits are conducted on existing tenants, vacated spaces where unknown materials are left behind and existing operations that require regulatory compliance, inventory and disposal. CNS acts as an owner’s liaison providing training, regulatory agency interaction, record keeping, permitting and disposal.
Universal Waste Management is accomplished within an operating business or prior to renovations in order to classify regulated materials for proper disposal in compliance with local, state and federal regulations.
