SO YOU'RE TAKING A REFRESHER COURSE......
In order to be eligible to take a Refresher Course, you must provide evidence that your Certification/License is current, and that you are within the appropriate training time frame to take a Refresher.
Depending on what Refresher Course you've registered for, this "evidence" is one of the following:
Asbestos Refreshers (You must take a Refresher Course every year)

Your current and valid NYSDOL-issued Asbestos License AND
-
Your "DOH-2832 Form" (aka, the half-sheet carbon copy paper) from last year's Initial or Refresher class.
Mold Refreshers (You must take a Refresher Course every 2 years)

Your current and valid NYSDOL-issued Mold License AND
-
The Certificate of Completion issued by the Training Provider of the Initial or Refresher class you took 2 years ago.
Lead Refreshers (Inspectors, Risk Assessors, Supervisors or Workers must take a Refresher Course every 3 years)

Your current and valid USEPA-issued Lead License AND
-
The Certificate of Completion issued by the Training Provider of the Initial or Refresher class you took 3 years ago.
Lead Refreshers (RRP Renovators must take a Refresher course every 5 years)

The Certificate of Completion issued by the Training Provider of the Initial or Refresher class you took 5 years ago.
OSHA Refreshers (You must take a Refresher Course every year, except for OSHA 10s or OSHA 30s)

The Certificate of Completion issued by the Training Provider of the Initial or Refresher class you took last year.
If you've registered for a Refresher Course at CNS,
you must bring the required "evidence" on the day of your training!
