State Licensing

As an added benefit to our Students, CNS offers NYSDOL License Application Handling and Submission services for some courses for an additional fee.  Please refer to each specific course page to determine if CNS offers this option for the course you are registering for.

If a Student opts out of this service, or if CNS does not offer this option, the Student is solely responsible for submitting and maintaining their own licensing paperwork and associated license fees to the state and/or federal agency.  Note: As mandated by local, state and/or federal regulations, CNS maintains a secured record of course completion certificates, in the event the Student loses or misplaces their completion certificate required for licensure.  CNS can provide a duplicate copy to the Student, where legal notarization fees may apply.

Course Language

It is the Student’s sole responsibility to ensure they can read, write and comprehend the language in which the training course is given.  Students who cannot complete a course due to language comprehension will not be eligible for a refund.
