This Asbestos Handler (Worker) Refresher is an annual 8-hour training course required to maintain a person's NYSDOL Asbestos Handler Certification that covers the functions of the Asbestos Handler and work practices including decon systems, work area preparation and procedures for abatement, clean-up, waste-out and minor projects.
