Asbestos Supervisor Initial

Class Description
The Asbestos Contractor/Supervisor Initial is a 5-day (40-hour) training course for Students who want to be able to supervise Asbestos Workers (but they can also perform the responsibilities of an Asbestos Worker as well). Course topics include supervisory duties and work practices; air sampling procedures; lab analysis methods; contract and job specifications; legal liabilities and safety procedures. Students will also participate in Hands-on Workshops including Tent Building, Decontamination Systems, Work Area Preparation, Glove-bag Practice, Respiratory Protection/PPE, Air Sampling, Removal Activities and Clean-up & Disposal.
Cancellation Policy
Bookings made less than five (5) business days prior to the start of any class, will be accepted if room is available. If booking is subsequently cancelled by Student, Student will only be eligible for account credit. If Student does not call to cancel and does not arrive to class ("no call / no show"), no refund or account credit will be provided. Cancellations/rescheduling requests received in less than five (5) business days may be subject to additional fees.
