Cancellation Policy

Bookings made less than five (5) business days prior to the start of any class, will be accepted if room is available. If booking is subsequently cancelled by Student, Student will only be eligible for account credit. If Student does not call to cancel and does not arrive to class ("no call / no show"), no refund or account credit will be provided. Cancellations/rescheduling requests received in less than five (5) business days may be subject to additional fees. Full Attendance in any training course is mandated by local, state and/or federal regulation. It is the Student’s sole responsibility to ensure they can read, write and comprehend the language in which the training course is given.
