COURSE DESCRIPTION

The USEPA Lead Risk Assessor Initial is a 16-hour (2-day) training course that teaches Students how to conduct risk assessments and elevated blood level investigations, hazard evaluations and clearance evaluations. Hands-on workshops included with this course consist of visual inspections; sampling for other sources of lead exposure; and how to interpret lead results.

*PREREQUISITE: USEPA LEAD INSPECTOR INITIAL TRAINING COURSE (Proof must be provided by Student)

Following the successful completion of this course, you will receive an Interim Course Completion Certificate which will allow you to work for a 6-month period as a Lead Risk Assessor while you are completing the USEPA Application Process to receive your full 3-year license.
